Hi,
Some of you might have received a petition letter given to you regarding problems with stand 324. I understand that a lot of you have given Adrian and Rynette Farrar (1 Lourie Close) your signed petition forms. My husband and I was also among the people who were lucky enough to have spoken to Rynette personally when she handed these out. Given the facts by them, it begs the question of what sort of people we voted in as board members and to make qualified and impartial decisions. I think at the next AGM we better think very clearly of who we are going to select as board members. The kind of people we need are ones that look after our best interest and make sure we all follow the estate rules.
We are very disappointed that these problems are going on in our upmarket estate. We have heard from many others of how they are concerned about board decisions and are also interested how the Farrar's case is handled. Whilst we hear daily of strange goings on in our country we should at least have confidence in our estate being different and everything is above board.
As some of you know now of Adrian and Rynette's protracted problem and I have asked them to publish their story on this blog as and when they feel the time is right. At the moment I believe things are quite sensitive.
Until later
Ciarra
