Hallo
I have just read the news letter of January 2010 on the estate website. I cannot believe what I read here - "it is necessary to ensure compliance with the Architectural Guidelines in all respects". Come on board members "get a life".
We are all awaiting you decision on the "stand 324" case? Let's have that printed first before you come tell us what you want to do!! Let's see if there are rules for some and other rules for others?
On the indigenous plants only side, what a joke that kukuyu grass is banned when it is growing well in many parts of the estate especially the dam walls.
