Bending of rules

I refer to Spiro and Jakes previous mails.

I agree totally with Spiro regarding the owner that was allowed to throw his concrete slab until 10H00 at night. At one stage these workers sat around for about 50 minutes (in darkness) as the lights they were using were turned of while they were waiting for the next cement truck to arrive. This is total nonsense and unsafe for the rest of us!! Also these trucks keep on setting of my security alarm.

Jake, I assume is a board member? If you want to improve security let's go back to the old days. We were told under no circumstances will anybody be allowed to work on their houses or properties with a crew during week ends and holidays or in fact after hours. Why is this rule not in force any more? No wonder there are more security incidents .
